Seneca is seeking a Crisis Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering 24/7 youth-focused services in the Sacramento area. You will coach, supervise, and develop direct care staff, oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program performance to ensure safety and quality care for youth and families.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s +3 years of crisis youth experience, and are prepared for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work/Counseling/Psychology/Marriage & Family Therapy or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant youth/family crisis experience.
• Be part of rotating emergency on-call system and be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group supervision, coaching, training, and support to direct care staff.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development efforts.
• Foster an anti-racist, equitable team culture for youth, families, and staff.
• Develop and manage staff schedules for 24/7 program operations.
• Maintain awareness of youth in care and ensure safety planning and crisis response.
