Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Youth Crisis Center Program Supervisor to guide staff, manage shift coverage, and support program operations. The role involves training and developing staff, handling on-call duties, and assisting the Program Manager with data analysis and policy compliance.

You will work with leadership to ensure effective service delivery, staffing stability and adherence to procedures while supporting a national agency. This full‑time position offers strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record and valid Auto Insurance coverage.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to employees and staff.
• Ensure staffing coverage for all shifts and proactively manage scheduling.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies and staffing gaps.
• Assist Program Manager with data compilation, analysis and policy adherence.
