Downtown Emergency Service Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisor for the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT). Swing shift is 3:00pm–1:30am with a $0.50/hour shift differential and a $5,000 signing bonus.

The role leads field response and clinical supervision for a multidisciplinary team, ensuring timely crisis interventions and proper documentation. The successful candidate provides field assessments, guides staff, coordinates scheduling, and ensures adherence to

Qualifications

• Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any superseding credential meeting RCW requirements to act as Mental Health Professional.
• 1+ years of experience in community-based behavioral health services.
• Experience with homelessness, mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
• Ability to drive and possess a valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Completion of DESC Crisis Response and Prevention training, and 8-hour CIT.
• Pass Washington State criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned shift.
• Provide 1:1 supervision with supervisees at minimum 2x per month.
• Coordinate scheduling, PTO requests, and call-outs.
• Maintain staff files and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide clinical consultation and supervision for team members.
