Job summary

DESC is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager for the Swing Shift in Seattle, WA. This full-time role provides crisis stabilization and client-centered care within a multidisciplinary team at the Crisis Solutions Center.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with community partners, and maintaining thorough records while supporting clients through de-escalation and engagement. The position offers benefits and works a swing shift (3PM–11:30PM) with a modest differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science.
• Ability to meet WA RAAC or superseding credential requirements is required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record and clearance for agency vehicle duties.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical reviews and case conferences for CSC clients.
• Create and implement short-term care plans and discharge dispositions.
• Facilitate access to community resources and coordinate with external care teams.
• Provide de-escalation support and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Maintain complete clinical and administrative records and care coordination.
• Provide transportation for clients and assist with daily facility tasks.
