Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera family, is seeking a Technician to support clients in our 24/7 facility in Mesa, AZ. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing counseling, education, and supervision to help clients achieve treatment goals.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documentation, and referrals to community agencies. Must have a high school diploma, valid AZ driver’s license, fingerprint clearance, and be 21+. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience in crisis intervention or behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, education, and supervision to clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation of client progress and activities.
• Coordinate with community agencies for referrals and services.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff.
• Occasional night and weekend shifts with on-call duty.
