Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera family, seeks a Technician for our 24/7 facility in Mesa, AZ. You will provide counseling and supervision to clients in individual and group settings within a multidisciplinary team, aiming to support treatment goals and ensure safe, respectful care.

The role requires days, nights, weekends with on-call shifts. Inpatient/residential experience is preferred; strong communication and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean 3-year record.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligible to obtain one.
• 18 years of age or older at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, education and supervision of clients in individual and group settings.
• Assist clients in planning daily activities and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation including progress notes and med observation records.
• Intervene in crisis situations and provide orientation to new clients at intake.
