Job summary

La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center in Arizona is seeking Recovery Technicians for part-time or pool shifts to support clients in a 24/7 facility. You will provide counseling, education and supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

This role requires flexibility for days, nights and weekends with on-call shifts, and involves crisis intervention and coordination with community services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Inpatient or residential experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, education and supervision of clients in a 24/7 facility as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support clients in individual and group settings to achieve treatment goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation including progress toward goals and shift notes.
• Intervenes in crisis situations and assists with referrals to community agencies.
• Occasional on-call shifts; participate in orientation and training of new staff.
