Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Crisis Clinician to provide rapid response, assessment and crisis intervention in Spokane. The role supports hospital diversion for youth, adults and families and links clients to community resources.

Position is 20 hours per week (Sat/Sun 7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with a 10.98% shift differential. Degree in behavioral health required; WA credentialing and valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health related field is required.
• Must apply for a Counselor Agency Affiliated – Registered credential from the WA State Department of Health within 30 days of hire.
• Must have an unrestricted and valid driver’s license, be able to pass a motor vehicle screening and driving test, have active car insurance, and be willing to use their personal vehicle in the course of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and follow-up phone triage, assessment, and de-escalation services.
• Provide crisis and hospital diversion services to youth, adults, and families.
• Create recovery and safety plans with client and support network; document thoroughly.
