Centerstone in Richmond, IN, is seeking an entry‑level Crisis Response Specialist to provide face‑to‑face, phone, and telehealth crisis assessment and stabilization services under supervision. You will connect clients and families with local resources and document assessments and interventions accurately.

This role involves developing safety plans, coordinating with emergency services for high‑risk cases, and supporting the team with scheduling and resource guides.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
• Entry level with on‑the‑job training provided; behavioral health setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly across in person, phone, and virtual modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate crisis intervention on site or virtually under supervision.
• Develop safety plans and connect clients to community resources.
• Conduct risk assessments for suicide, self‑harm, or harm to others.
• Document interactions and interventions per policy; coordinate with emergency services as needed.
