Centerstone is seeking a Crisis Care Consultant to join a 24/7/365 high-volume call team focused on suicide prevention. You will perform brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention for individuals in acute mental health crisis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist).
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings and crisis risk assessments.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety for individuals assessed by mobile crisis.
• Meet ethical and clinical standards in line with accreditation.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training.
• Demonstrate high-level customer service and professional etiquette.
• Provide service linkage to programs and community resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and community partners.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
