Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a crisis care consultant to join a 24/7/365 high-volume suicide prevention call team. You will perform telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and linkage to services for individuals in acute mental health crises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required.
• One year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in acute mental health crisis.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety for mobile crisis-identified individuals.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate service linkage to community resources.
• Attend team meetings and supervision sessions for quality assurance and ongoing training.
