Centerstone in Columbus, IN, is seeking staff to provide crisis response services including face-to-face, telehealth and phone support. This role links individuals in crisis to community resources and ensures follow-up care under supervision.

You will represent Centerstone professionally when interacting with external entities. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, is entry-level with on-the-job training, and will perform assessments, safety planning and

Competenze

• Associate degree required; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Entry level position with on-the-job training provided.
• N/A Certification/Licensure.

Mansioni

• Provide immediate crisis intervention face-to-face or via virtual means with supervision.
• Assist clients in developing safety plans and linking to resources.
• Conduct basic suicide, self-harm, or harm risk assessments under supervision.
• Collaborate with team to address client needs and ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with emergency services for high-risk situations as needed.
• Accurately document interactions, assessments and interventions per policy.
• Participate in regular training to enhance crisis management skills.
• Provide information on community resources and facilitate referrals.
• Support administrative tasks like scheduling follow-ups and maintaining guides.
