Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a Crisis Triage Specialist to deliver telephone triage and crisis intervention for youth, adults, and families. You will assess risk, coordinate with responders, and help stabilize individuals in crisis within a Trauma-Informed Care framework.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field and experience in crisis intervention. The role is on-site in Spokane and includes a shift with differential pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Two years of crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WAC, RCW, and best practices for MRRCT and Designated Crisis Responders.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and crisis intervention to callers.
• Complete risk assessments for suicide or homicide risk.
• Develop initial stabilization and safety plans and dispatch MRRC staff as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation per policy.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners to ensure safety and access to resources.
