Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field from accredited college or university.
• Credentials to meet Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200 by having applied for one of the credentials: LAAC, LMHCA, LICSW or LMFTA and active DOH license within 6 months of hire date.
• Within 6 months of hire, obtain Designated Crisis Responder designation per RCW 71.05.760.
• Must have an unrestricted and valid driver's license and be willing to use personal vehicle for work.

• Conduct telephone assessments and triage referrals.
• Respond to crisis situations and conduct face-to-face assessments to determine needs.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and their support networks.
• Complete comprehensive documentation to support safety plans.
• Access community resources to address client needs.
• Follow up on referrals to ensure services are obtained.
• Coordinate investigations for involuntary treatment under applicable law.
• Maintain relationships with courts, attorneys, hospitals and providers.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain client records confidentially and timely.
• Communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and trauma histories.
• Crisis Response Service operates 24/7 and may require shift coverage.
