Job summary

Community Health Resources (CHR) in Willimantic, CT seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead the REST Center's clinical operations and staff. The role focuses on trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and ensures high-quality, person-centered services.

Monday–Friday schedule with on-site responsibilities. You will oversee budgets, supervision, chart audits, and program development while collaborating across CHR teams to improve outcomes for individuals in crisis, with licensure in CT required

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Clinician.
• Two years of clinical supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Licensure: CT LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist; LADC may substitute in some programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction and leadership within the Team.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
• Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
• Ensures documentation is completed timely and according to standards.
• On call coverage during and after program hours as assigned.
• Participates in committees to improve agency service delivery and quality improvement.
• Responsible for program budgets and productivity expectations.
