Community Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a Clinical Program Director for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT. The role leads clinical direction, ensures quality care, and manages program operations within a 24/7 crisis stabilization setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Clinician; 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist required in CT; LADC may substitute in some programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction and leadership within the Team.
• Ensures services align with presenting problems and client requests.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts as needed.
• Monitors admissions, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Reviews caseloads for appropriate service utilization.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance of staff.
• Facilitates team meetings and participates in relevant meetings.
• Ensures timely documentation and compliance with standards.
• Acts as primary point person for the program and provides backup coverage.
• Ensures vehicle maintenance where applicable and cross-team collaboration.
