Job summary

The University of Missouri-Columbia seeks a Care Coordinator within the Dean of Students Office to guide students toward self-care, self-management, and self-advocacy. You will handle crises, coordinate referrals, and maintain a caseload while promoting wellbeing across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical student case management and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referrals to health services, academic support, and campus/community resources.
• Maintain an active caseload and document responses to student needs.
