Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for students in crisis or with complex needs.
• Coordinate referrals to CSU offices and community resources to support re-engagement.
• Assist in academic planning and coordination with advisors and departments.
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with campus units (Housing, Health Network, Disability Center, etc.) to support students.
