Flexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership, is seeking a Corporate Travel and Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Cleveland, OH. This on-site role coordinates travel for more than 1700 pilots and cabin attendants, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate travel arrangements that support the company's operational needs.

The successful candidate will provide outstanding support to Flexjet crewmembers and other internal customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years in aviation or travel industry.
• 2+ years working with SABRE or similar GDS.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Book and confirm airline and rental car reservations for crewmembers.
• Field calls from crewmembers and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with administrative and training travel arrangements.
• Research and resolve expense report discrepancies.
• Complete special projects as assigned by department leadership.
• Maintain travel records and ensure all reservations comply with company policies and requirements.
