A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in aviation/logistics are preferred; strong MS Office skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years aviation/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of FARs for Part 91/121/135 preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Assign aircraft resources for each flight.
• Exercise Operational Control over flight initiation, conduct, and termination.
• Monitor flight status and crew acceptance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control for positioning flights.
• Ensure flight following and information flow within Scheduling.
• Monitor crew duty/rest and flight time limits per 14 CFRs.
• Support cross-functional teams during non-peak periods.
