Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Georgia is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training the crew. You will keep the line clean and running smoothly, and assist with tasks when busy.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety standards, resolving incidents, coordinating breaks and line schedules, and developing front-of-house staff for future leadership roles. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and clerical tasks.
• Restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the local work language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Support food safety measures including hand washing and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Provide training and development for front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and in working order.
