Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Crewing Scheduling Training Manager to develop and maintain training programs for crew scheduling, ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance. The role reports to the Director, Crew Scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 3 years as a Crew Scheduler, strong communication skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Some travel and a flexible schedule are required.

Formación

• Knowledge of crew scheduling policies and procedures.
• Three years of experience as a Crew Scheduler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn airline-specific computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the crew scheduler training process and recordkeeping.
• Ensure CFR, ALPA, AFA, and company procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain initial and recurrent training programs.
• Integrate new technology into training curriculum.
• Keep Crew Scheduling Manual updated and current.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent

Educator experience (3+ years)
