Job summary

Air Transport International in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks a Crew Planner to design and optimize crew schedules in accordance with FARs, CBAs, and company policies. You will leverage data and planning tools to deliver efficient, compliant crew plans.

Collaborate with Travel Logistics and Flight Operations to align staffing with demand, training, and cost targets. Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills are required; aviation scheduling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation scheduling, planning, or related field.
• Strong data analytics and forecasting abilities.
• Knowledge of crew contracts and FARs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, publish, and disseminate contractual crew schedules in accordance with FARs, CBAs, and policies.
• Analyze data-driven staffing models to evaluate crew requirements and utilization.
• Incorporate changes to planned flying and ad hoc requirements into crew plans to optimize cost and productivity.
• Collaborate with Travel Logistics and Flight Operations to ensure safe, legal, and cost-effective crew transportation and lodging.
• Administer vacation bids and monitor accruals and adjustments for crew coverage.
• Support leadership with data-driven decisions and special projects.
