Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Crew Planner to support the creation and execution of crew member schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and excellent crew service. The role involves forecasting productivity, reserve needs, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver reliable operations.

Responsibilities include building monthly schedules, crafting efficient pairings, managing vacation bids, and analyzing data to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a quantitative field (business administration, economics, statistics, etc.) or relevant experience.
• 2 years of airline experience.
• Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the construction of crew member’s monthly schedules.
• Create efficient crew pairings.
• Communicate with stakeholders to verify monthly schedule details.
• Own the vacation bid process.
• Frequently communicate with crew members as a group and individually.
• Track and trend frequently asked questions and develop reference materials.
• Analyze crew data regarding reserve utilization and productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
