Job summary

Air Transport International (ATI) is seeking a skilled Crew Planner to develop and optimize crew schedules while ensuring FAR and collective bargaining agreement compliance. You will build data-driven staffing models and work with Travel Logistics, Training, and other teams to meet demand and control costs.

Demonstrated aviation scheduling experience or a bachelor’s degree is required, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

Analytical skills to evaluate complex crew planning scenarios.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Experience in aviation scheduling or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree.
Working knowledge of Pilot and Flight Attendant FARs and contracts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, publish, and disseminate contractual crew schedules in accordance with FARs and agreements.
Create data-driven staffing models and forecasts; align staffing with demand and costs.
Incorporate ad hoc changes to plans and conduct scenario analyses.
Coordinate with Travel Logistics on crew transport and lodging; support budgeting.
Administer annual pilot vacation bid and manage adjustments.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate crew resource plans and support decisions.
