Job summary

The Aerozone is seeking a Crew Planner in Cleveland, OH to optimize crew resources and develop long-range staffing plans in line with FAA regulations. You will liaise with internal departments, provide exceptional service to crewmembers, and drive scheduling initiatives across six-month, monthly, and operational timelines.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, coordination across multiple teams, and hands-on scheduling in CAMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term staffing plans for pilots.
• Facilitate 6 month schedule bid and vacation bid.
• Facilitate monthly PBS schedule bid.

• Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand.
• Coordinate OE tours and PIC upgrades.
• Ensure updates to crewmembers' schedules in CAMP.

Department: 215 Crew Services Location: Cleveland, OH The Crew Planner is responsible for the effective utilization of crew resources and developing long-range staffing plans in compliance with company policy and FAA regulations through the use of analytical tools. Liaise with internal departments regarding staffing plans. The crew planner must provide exceptional customer service to the crewmembers and internal customers within other departments. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop long term staffing plans for pilots. – Facilitate 6 month schedule bid and vacation bid. – Facilitate monthly PBS schedule bid. – Monitor and adjust crewmembers schedules due to program movement to ensure adequate staffing and effective crew utilization. – Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand in order to proactively manage any short-term staffing deficits. – Responsible for scheduling coordination of OE tours and PIC upgrades. – Ensure accurate updates to crewmember’s schedules in CAMP…
