Job summary

Breeze Airways seeks a Crew Scheduler to manage monthly crew schedules and optimize pairings for the flying roster. You will coordinate with pilots, flight attendants, and operations to ensure accurate, timely schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining vacation bids, communicating with crew members, and analyzing data to improve reserve utilization and productivity. Strong Excel skills and airline experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience.
• 2 years of airline experience.
• Excel experience.
• Must have authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the construction of crew member’s monthly schedules.
• Create efficient crew pairings.
• Communicate between all stakeholders to verify information for monthly schedule.
• Own the vacation bid process.
• Frequent communication with crew members as a group and individually.
• Track and trend frequently asked questions and develop reference material to distribute.
• Analyze crew data regarding reserve utilization and productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
