Job summary

The Aerozone is seeking a Crew Planner in Cleveland, OH to optimize crew resources and develop long-range staffing plans in line with FAA regulations. You will liaise with internal departments, provide exceptional service to crewmembers, and drive scheduling initiatives across six-month, monthly, and operational timelines.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, coordination across multiple teams, and hands-on scheduling in CAMP.

Qualifications

• Experience in flight crew staffing and schedule management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments to implement staffing plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term staffing plans for pilots.
• Facilitate 6 month schedule bid and vacation bid.
• Facilitate monthly PBS schedule bid.
• Monitor and adjust crewmembers schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand.
• Coordinate OE tours and PIC upgrades.
• Ensure updates to crewmembers' schedules in CAMP.
