Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an onboarding administrator to guide shipboard candidates through pre-employment documentation and compliance checks. You will gather, review, and file candidate records while entering data into Success Factors.

You’ll coordinate with recruiters, the medical team, and assignment specialists to ensure readiness for training and vessel needs. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential

Competenze

High School Diploma as minimum education.
About 1 year of experience in business/administrative roles.
Cruise line experience preferred, especially with large crew movement.

Mansioni

Maintain and update applicant information and status in pre-employment processes.
Review applicant documents including passports and licenses.
Prepare onboarding folders and secure sensitive information.
Send applications and authorization letters via DocuSign.
Request background checks for new hires.
Arrange medical appointments for new hire candidates.
Verify that all documentation is complete and valid.
Set up new hires for training and coordinate with medical.
Manage inboxes daily and respond to emails promptly.
Coordinate with Assignment Specialist to meet vessel needs.
Work with USCG compliance and shipboard requirements.
