Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an onboarding coordinator for shipboard theatrical production candidates. You will manage offers, ensure documentation and medical clearances, and coordinate travel and visa requirements for crew embarking on NCLH vessels.

You will liaise with Creative Studios by NCLH, Shipboard PX Operations, and hiring partners to ensure compliant, timely onboarding across international crews and travel logistics.

Competenze

• Degree: High School Diploma; fields include Theater, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in theatrical environment, focusing on contract administration, company management, and/or HR.
• Experience with high-capacity travel logistics is preferred.

Mansioni

• Build and send all NCLH theatrical production offer letters.
• Negotiate employment terms with agents and talent within guidelines.
• Ensure salaries are consistent with Shipboard Compensation ranges.
• Schedule crew to rehearsal facility in Tampa and ship assignments, updating MAPS.
• Record and update crew information including passport, visa, and medical docs.
• Coordinate with Travel and Deployment Admins on joining logistics (air, ground, hotels).
• Collect, verify, and ensure compliance of joining crew documents.
• Generate recruitment documentation including visa letters and employment agreements.
• Work with medical to verify crew meet shipboard requirements.
• Resolve scheduling changes, contract extensions, and leave requests.
• Manage relationships across hiring managers, Theatrical Ops, Travel/Deployment, License & Documents Admins.
• Coordinate visa compliance for international crew in Tampa rehearsals and embarkation.
• Assist crew with obtaining required visas for employment and country-specific requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
