Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage shipboard theatrical production candidates from recruitment through deployment. You will build offers, verify documentation, and coordinate travel for crew joining our vessels.

Responsibilities include scheduling rehearsals in Tampa, maintaining crew records, and ensuring compliance with visas, medical clearances, and company policies. Strong communication and discretion are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in theatrical environment, with contract administration, company management, and/or HR.
• Experience with high-capacity travel logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with visa/compliance documentation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and send all crew offer letters and negotiate terms within policy.
• Schedule crew to the Tampa rehearsal facility and ship assignments.
• Record and update personal crew information (passport, visa, medical).
• Liaise with crew during pre-employment to ensure receipt and approvals.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including air/ground transport and hotel arrangements.
• Generate visa letters, entry letters, and employment agreements.
• Work with medical to ensure crew medical clearance.
• Manage relations between hiring managers, Theatrical Operations, Travel and Deployment Administrators, and others.
