Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented onboarding administrator for shipboard theatrical production candidates in Tampa.

You will manage offers, ensure compliance with documentation and medical clearance, and liaise with Creative Studios, Shipboard PX Operations, and hiring partners to keep processes smooth. Responsibilities include scheduling rehearsals and ship assignments, maintaining crew records, coordinating travel and visas, and producing all required employment

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Theater, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management fields encouraged.
• Minimum 2 years in theatrical environment with contract admin, company management, and/or HR experience.
• Travel logistics experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and send all NCLH theatrical production offer letters.
• Negotiate employment terms with agents and talent within guidelines.
• Schedule crew to rehearsal facility in Tampa and ship assignments; update MAPS with movement info.
• Record and update personal crew information (passport, visa, medical).
• Coordinate with Travel and Deployment Administrators on joining crew logistics (air, ground, hotel).
• Collect and verify all joining crew documents for compliance.
• Generate visa letters, entry letters, letters of employment, and employment agreements.
• Work with medical department to ensure crew meet shipboard requirements.
• Handle changes to contracts, extensions, vacations, and ship assignments.
• Maintain relationships between hiring managers, Theatrical Operations, and related teams.
