• Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Music or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in theater as casting director/stage manager/director/choreographer of production shows.
• Minimum 3 years in cruise/hospitality/attractions industry.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan audition calendars, recruiting tours/conventions, and advertising for entertainment programs.
• Coordinate and attend hiring events domestically and internationally; identify and organize audition materials.
• Research new talent pools to diversify entertainment programs.
• Post and distribute casting breakdowns through outlets and the Shows & Experiences site.
• Manage vendor paperwork and onboarding documents for auditions.
• Maintain audition materials and Casting Data Base; ensure confidentiality.
• Travel onboard ships to domestic and international locations (up to 75%).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure talent quality and process efficiency.
