Creative Studios by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Theatrical Cosmetology Supervisor to oversee all cosmetology operations for on-board productions. Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, cleanliness, repair, and maintenance of Cosmetology department and dressing rooms for mainstage shows and events.
• Manage makeup, wigs, inventory, and backstage applications; communicate needs to management and shoreside.
• Lead and supervise all Cosmetology team members; ensure safe work practices.
• Create work plans to distribute workload per cruise; ensure safety and environmental responsibility.
• Attend weekly Production Show Operations meetings and lead team meetings on cruise per schedule.
• Coordinate with Lead Wardrobe Supervisor, Dance Captain, Vocal Captain, and Company Manager for show day schedules and re-blocks.
• Dress shows, create backstage tracks, recruit and train over-hires, and prepare voyage reports.
• Manage inventory, ship-side paperwork, and safety protocols.
