Job summary

Creative Studios by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings seeks a Specialist, Logistics & Warehouse in Tampa, FL. This role supports the Entertainment Wardrobe team, handling costuming inventory, shipping paperwork, and daily warehouse operations.

You will organize the Costuming Warehouse, pull costumes for productions, restock items, and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining barcode accuracy and inventory records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience running the day-to-day operations of professional theatrical costuming warehouse or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate important information in a timely manner and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in organization and layout of the Costuming Warehouse, to include fabric, shoe, consumable, costume, millinery, and all accessory stocks.
  • Assist in the pulling of all theatrical productions and the restocking of all theatrical productions within guidelines of the inventory system for check in and out.
  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the Wardrobe Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
  • Expedite costume retrieval and restock within scheduled deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policy on dress codes and job performance.
  • Manage inventory tracking for all warehouse items, including updating the designated inventory system and ensuring accurate placement of barcodes on costume pieces.
  • Pulling inventory reports for the roadcases or pack out of the costumes for vessels.
  • Coordinate all roadcases paperwork for shipping and receiving of RoadCases.
  • Submit purchases requests to Supply Chain for ordering stock items.
  • Printing and maintaining of all Barcodes for costume application.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, assist in implementing new processes, and escalate issues to the Logistics Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience running the day-to-day operations of professional theatrical costuming warehouse or equivalent experience in the stock of clothing stores.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, communication and collaboration is required. Must be able to communicate important information in a timely manner and be able to work as part of a team.
