Norwegian Cruise Line seeks a Shipboard PX Ops Specialist to manage onboarding and deployment for shipboard theatrical production candidates. You will assemble offers, secure documentation, and coordinate with Creative Studios and third-party partners to ensure compliance.

You will liaise with travel, deployment, and licensing teams to arrange visas, travel, and housing logistics, while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel data and contracts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Theater, business or hospitality-focused studies preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in theatrical environment; contract administration exp preferred.
  • Experience with travel logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and send all theatrical production offer letters.
  • Negotiate terms of employment with agents/talent per policy.
  • Schedule crew to Tampa rehearsal facility and ship assignments; update MAPS.
  • Record and update crew passport, visa and medical docs.
  • Liaise with crew during pre-employment for document receipt.
  • Coordinate visa compliance for international crew in Tampa and embarkation.
  • Generate employment documents: visa letters, entry letters, contracts.
  • Collaborate with medical dept to meet shipboard requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling changes, extensions, vacations, and leaves.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers, Theatrical Ops, Travel/Deployment.
