Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ideal candidates have quick service experience, but not required.
• Able to work up to 28 hours per week PT or 40 hours FT.
• Demonstrate Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Read/write/speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience through teamwork.
• Learn and perform six station assignments: Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the restaurant.
• Adhere to health codes and safety procedures.
