Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico seeks Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience across duties from Cashier/Counter to Fry Station and more. You’ll rotate through six positions each shift and report to the General Manager.

We value energy, teamwork, and a passion for authentic New Mexico cuisine. Requirements include learning health codes, ability to read/write English, and willingness to train as a Food Handler.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Professional with a positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Appearance professional; facial hair and tattoos must be work appropriate.
• Able to learn health codes and handle food safely; learn POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every Blake’s Lotaburger guest.
• Adhere to housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Learn and perform all six position assignments during shifts.
• Collaborate with team and report to the General Manager.
