Job summary

Blake's Lotaburger is looking for Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience at our New Mexico locations. Crew Members rotate through six positions and learn to operate cash registers, drive-thru, and kitchen stations with teamwork and enthusiasm.

We value energetic, customer-friendly individuals who can work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours weekly, and who are willing to learn health codes and food safety while representing Blake's Lotaburger's core values of KIND,

Qualifications

Must exemplify Blake's Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
Professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Experience in quick service helpful but not required.
Able to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hrs (PT) or 40 hrs (FT) per week.
Appearance must be neat, clean and groomed; tattoos/ piercings policy applies.
Must learn health codes and procedures for handling raw meat and eggs.
Must be able to learn and use a Point-of-Sale system.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer experience for every guest.
Operate POS system and handle cash accurately; process payments.
Learn and rotate through all shift positions (Counter, Drive-Thru, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping).
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
