Blake’s Lotaburger seeks Crew Members to deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple shifts in our New Mexico locations. The role emphasizes teamwork, high energy, and attention to health and safety guidelines while learning all six positions (Cashier/Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping).

Ideal candidates are 16+, with strong customer service skills and a willingness to adapt to flexible scheduling; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ideal candidates have experience in quick service restaurants, but not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week
• Appearance must be neat and professional; related grooming rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every Blake’s Lotaburger guest
• Maintain ongoing housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant
• Learn and perform all six position assignments (Cashier, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep)
• Work safely with knives and other sharp objects and follow PPE guidelines
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate order execution and smooth service
