Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be professional and have customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ideal candidates have quick-service restaurant experience, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Appearance must be professional, neat, clean and well-groomed.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every Blake’s Lotaburger guest.
• Address all housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.
