Blake’s Lotaburger in Espanola, NM is hiring Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience across fast-paced shifts. You will learn multiple stations such as Cashier/Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep and Housekeeping while upholding our CORE VALUES: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.

Qualifications

Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
Professional, positive attitude with customer service skills.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
Appearance must be neat, clean and well-groomed; tattoos/piercings policy apply.
Ability to learn health codes and safe food handling standards.
Ability to read/write/speak in English; Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer experience at Blake’s Lotaburger.
Assist across positions: Cashier, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping.
Work with team to ensure accurate order execution and quick service.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant.
Support leadership by following procedures and policies.
