Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking Crew Members at our Albuquerque, NM locations to deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience through TEAMwork. You will learn and perform multiple station roles, from cashier to grill, while upholding our core values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior experience in quick service preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts up to 28 hours per week (PT) or 40 hours (FT).
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience across Blake’s Lotaburger locations.
• Support various crew roles including cashier, drive-thru, assembly, fry, grill, prep and housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate, timely orders.
