Blake’s Lotaburger, a family-owned brand with New Mexico roots, seeks Crew Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience across cashier, drive-thru, assembly, fry, grill, prep, and housekeeping roles. You’ll learn quickly, work in a fast-paced team, and help maintain cleanliness and efficiency while upholding Blake’s core values.

Requirements include at least 16 years old, ability to work up to 40 hours weekly, POS familiarity, and English communication; bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• Professional, positive attitude with customer service skills
• Minimum age 16
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hrs PT / 40 hrs FT per week
• Professional appearance; neat, clean, well-groomed
• Ability to learn health codes and safety procedures
• Ability to learn and use a POS system
• Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual a plus
• Pass pre-employment background check and obtain Food Handler certification

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer experience
• Assist with housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness
• Operate in multiple roles (Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping)
• Ensure proper order accuracy and team coordination
