Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Crew Member to deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience across our six-position shifts (Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping). You will embody KIND, TEAM, PASSION, and PROCESS in a fast-paced New Mexico environment.

Applicants should be 16+, enthusiastic about customer service, and capable of working a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work flexible PT/FT hours.
• Experience in quick-service restaurant is a plus but not required.
• Must learn health codes and use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience in all guest interactions.
• Perform various shift roles (Cashier, Drive-Thru, Prep, Fry, Grill, Assembly, Housekeeping).
• Work as a team with other crew members and management to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Comply with health codes and safety policies.
