Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a 2–5 member crew, ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView quality standards, and supervise multiple service lines including maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, delegate work, uphold safety, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Valid Driver License required.
• BrightView Equipment certifications completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew of 2–5 team members to complete tasks safely and to BrightView standards.
• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Log crew time records via electronic time capture (ETC).
• Provide feedback on crew performance and help train members.
• Ensure equipment preventative maintenance and safe operation.
