Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise two or more crews and coordinate daily operations at the job site. You will ensure safe, efficient hydroblasting and vacuum truck work, drive operational efficiencies, and complete all job paperwork accurately.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety. Training and development opportunities, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment.
Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (heat, humidity, cold).
Must withstand exposure to dust, chemical fumes and environmental hazards.
Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning with verifiable service.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Strong knowledge in hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment operation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Enforce health and safety as the top priority by following policies at all times.
Lead and manage a crew, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely manner.
Train and develop equipment technicians. (5% focus on HPC-Industrial technicians).
Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relations.
Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
Other duties as assigned.
