Job summary

Thompson Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to guide two or more crews, plan and organize daily operations, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently. You will drive operational efficiencies, document job details, and uphold company policies at the site.

The role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and hands-on work with hydroblasting and vacuum truck services, plus training and mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Promote HPC-Industrial's safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers and communicate effectively.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
