Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in the industrial cleaning industry.
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
- Mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate two or more crews daily.
- Ensure safe operation and regulatory compliance at the work site.
- Complete and review job paperwork timely and accurately.
- Train and develop equipment technicians.
- Interact professionally with customers and maintain relations.
- Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
