HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise two or more crews on industrial cleaning projects. You will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment operation, drive efficiency, and maintain documentation while upholding safety policies.

This role emphasizes safety, customer relations, and training, with opportunities to advance. The posted pay range is hourly, and benefits begin after 30 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operation.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two or more crews; plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Train and develop equipment technicians; review and document work functions.
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain good relationships.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services; handle additional duties as assigned.
